Financial advisory of Zephiros EPE by VISCARDI
VISCARDI worked as the exclusive financial advisor to Zephiros EPE, a Greek project developer of wind and PV farms, supporting the Company with respect to the analysis and valuation of individual projects and the selection of an attractive project pipeline. This was presented to international financial investors and utilities based on a comprehensive company and project presentation. VISCARDI also developed transaction structures for individual bidders, managed the due diligence process and supported Zephiros during the contract and valuation negotiations.
Zephiros employs 25 people and develops 14 wind farms in Greece with a total capacity of more than 1,200 MW and further wind farms in Bulgaria and Romania with a total capacity of more than 700 MW. Furthermore, the Company also develops PV farms in Greece and Bulgaria with a total capacity of more than 200 MW.
